Data controller

Data is collected by Hrfly (Île-de-France, Orsay). For any question, get in touch using the address at the bottom of this page.

Data we collect

Depending on which form you use, we collect:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), vehicle, message
• ECU form: the same details, plus make, model, year, engine, fault description, and an optional attached file (photo, log, PDF)
• Key form: the same details, plus registration plate or VIN, the type of service needed, and confirmation that you'll be able to show ID and proof you're entitled to use the vehicle

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your quote request and get back to you about it. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (preparing a quote), under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Who sees it

Your data is received by the Hrfly team. Emails are sent through our provider Resend, and the site is hosted by Vercel — two technical providers used only to run the site, bound by GDPR-compliant contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EU.

Retention period

Important: this site does not store your data in any database. Every form submission is sent straight to our team by email — so retention follows our professional mailbox's own policy, and we only keep it for as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site uses a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers the language you chose during your visit. It's strictly necessary for the site to work and doesn't require consent. No analytics or advertising cookies are used at this time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated spam submissions, and attached files are limited in size.
